How to tone yourself out when you literally hating working out + work 50 hrs a week (so the go-to excuse is always lack of time)?🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 I dealt with ana in early college and I don’t wanna fall back into unhealthy habits but I wanna look skintyyy🥺

lack of time isn’t an excuse, you prob can turn time scrolling on your phone into exercise time. also you don’t need to do it more than 15-30 min a day - anything helps! focus on nutrition and eating healthy and naturally weight will drop off. i’m too lazy to count calories so this is what I do

I guess my natural body type already is ..? I just have been gaining weight recently and idk why and it’s kinda messing w my head a little

Also I usually am a podcast listener rather than a scroller, which is something I could do while working out, I just never want to use the little time I do have to do more physical activity (my work is already physically taxing tbh) so idk how to make myself want jt

Well I guess just forgive yourself for gaining weight. You seemed stressed which also contribute to it. School and work is a lot already.
