I’m gonna nerd out for a second here!!! They’re always SUPER dilated bc he has progressive retinal atrophy (basically the cells in his retinas that detect light are degenerating faster than normal) so they’re always wide open to let in as much light as possible bc his brain thinks he’s always in the dark, he’s got a p significant amount of vision loss but he uses his whiskers to get around
