it’s starting to get bad again panick attacks coming on and feeling numb by the end of the day shutting myself in my room to cut mysekf off from everyone sleeping to avoid my family who make it worse. don’t wanna stay here but don’t wanna go 2 class

even for a walk, i understand the panic attacks coming on more and more. find a breathing coping mechanism that works for you to calm your body down naturally maybe you need a trusted friend or relative to do this. Refocus negative thoughts, these wire repetitive thoughts and can lead to worse anxiety. Dm me if you need anything ❤️

Depression is hard to deal with. Find a counselor or try to watch videos on self improvement. It’s really hard but you gotta find it in yourself to find the energy to reach out for help.

reach out to friends, lean into the good aspects of life, eat good food, move your body at least an hour everyday
