I’m vegan and I regularly get 60-80g a day depending on how much I try lol! so these are vegan suggestions but: lentils, chickpeas, beans, soy milk, nutritional yeast, tofu, tempeh, seitan, nuts&seeds, quinoa…and there’s always protein powder tho I don’t use it! good luck <3

I do protein shakes or add protein powder to a smoothie. They make high protein substitutions for a lot of things now so I get protein granola and have it with Greek yogurt or protein pasta which is usually made from legumes so it’s also better for you (and tastes the same!) Remember you can only absorb ~20-30g per hour though so make sure to distribute it throughout the day!

1 chobani protein yogurt: 20g 1 protein bar: 19g chicken for dinner: 25g oats + fried egg for breakfast with soy milk or fairlife: 21-27g, more if you add protein powder for flavor turkey sandwich for lunch with sourdough bread: idk but more than 10g halo top for dessert: 8-14g

the only struggle is if you don't eat a lot in general. most women can't eat much more than 2300 max without gaining weight. that's the kicker

2300 cals i mean. it's hard to fit the protein into the daily calorie allotment

ooh also try sandwiches on multigrain bread that can add like 6-10g! also if you’re really struggling protein powder is a super easy way to incorporate more!
