Your skin might be super dry too where it just doesnt hold onto scents as well

put them on like right out of the shower

Invest in the expensive perfumes that aren’t just body sprays. Spray on your clothes as well. Also sometimes the smell is still there but you’ve gone nose blind to it throughout the day.
