fun fact hard cheese like cheddar or parm has a very minimal amount of lactose so lactose intolerant people can eat hard cheeses without issue.

like if you think ur getting sick from the lactose in cheddar cheese then it’s most likely either placebo or from the fat in it

You can find some episodes for free on the internet archive! Just search “Poirot series”
It’s also available on Brit box and Amazon prime video! There are 70 episodes so it’s a good length series and each episode is one book
