understand that motivation is not what gets people to do stuff! it’s discipline. motivation really only comes around every once in a while, it’s fleeting, so you can’t rely on it. discipline can start small, it just needs to become habit. at least get up off the couch once an hour to do squats or something and see where that takes you. or do couch workouts! you can find them on youtube
