Build muscle! I’m not even joking when I say lifting changed my life. you need to eat at maintenance or higher (LOTS OF PROTEIN and balanced carbs and fat). And yes I know that sounds scary because I was scared too but this is the first time in my life where I’m losing belly fat and building muscle. Only downside is that it takes time, like months, but it’s so worth it and it’s winter arc anyways.

Stop eating big portions, get more fiber, water, and exercise daily even if it’s just a walk
