
Journaling can be pretty helpful! Sometimes just sitting down and writing it out can help you put the words together of what exactly you’re trying to say. If you’re having issues trying to figure out how you’re feeling, look at the emotion circles. If you look it up on Google, it should come up with some and it’s basically just a circle of the general feelings and then it expands into much more in each of the emotions. It’s helpful and trying to find the exact word of how you’re feeling!
