Hmmmmmm yeahhhhh I mean I’d give it until like 3-ish and then just assume that they’re ghosting. They could be busy until closer to the time of the date but even still I feel like it’s letting the red flag peek out if they can’t even give a “hey I’m too busy to talk but excited to hang later.” Like that’s bare minimum atp
