Alright girlies, I need some gal to gal advice. It’s my first week on glp-1 shot and I need some tips to combat this constipation bc I’ve tried fiber, taking probiotics, THE WORKS. And thankfully it’s not too bad yet. But it’ll only gonna get worse…😭😭

Drink lots and LOTS of water, eat yougurt, drink coffee or tea, make sure you’re getting enough movement. Also recommend prune juice (can’t go wrong) and squats!
