
I remember leaving my bf of two years..and even though it feels like so long ago, I still remember all the tears I shed and the way I had to try and keep it together in front of people/in public. My advice, don’t. Cry when you need to. Leave public spaces when you feel like you can’t take it anymore. Prioritize your mental health, even if it means feeling every feeling you’re harboring inside. This is how you process all those emotions, you feel them.
i did shrooms and went on a big ass shopping spree. when i would get overwhelmed i went to a spa and got a facial and massage. im sorry you’re going through this and everything works differently for everyone, but as long as you have the people you love around you, u will get through this. time with your friends, family, and yourself is very important!
