mostly calorie deficits! nothing extreme ofc, but cutting some calories or switching to more nutrient-dense meals is a big help. plus incorporating more physical activity! whether that be more walking (so like parking further back and walking into a store) or going to the gym

try a loose model of intermittent fasting! a big one is not eating or snacking at night. I don’t eat after 8 pm (ofc make exceptions if I’m doing smth with friends or whatever, no need to be religious about it!) and I hate breakfast lol so I don’t eat again till noon ish (but earlier i’d also fine). and focus on getting nutrients, not on calories
