you’ll know, the pain is so bad you will be throwing up because your body physically cannot tolerate it, you’ll fill up a pad or wtv u use in 15 minutes, if you have an autoimmune disease also. the only way to diagnose for sure is surgery. i had my surgery when i was 12. stay brave girly i hope u get the care u need even if u don’t have it.
