
- exercising (yoga, gym, or just going on a small walk every day) - spending less time on social media/ monitor screen time - find a hobby (Pinterest could help with this) - or even just something really simple/ easy like journaling - and something everyone I personally know struggles with: drink enough water and get enough sleep!
