
I’m diagnosed t2 diabetic and it has genuinely helped me sooo much. I’m finally down to a “healthier” BMI and I actually feel so much better. I agree though that some people do take advantage of it. I try to aim for 1,200 to 1,400 calories a day. At one point, I was on too high of a dose and it was really scary. My bp was like 60/90, hr up to 110 resting(140 standing), and I constantly felt like I was going to pass out. I realized it’s because my dose was too high and I wasn’t eating enough
These drugs do have benefits, but they need to be more tightly prescribed for people. You don’t need this drug to lose 30 lbs. Its intended purpose is for people with t2 diabetes or are morbidly obese, which I was. It’s being heavily abused, especially among celebrities and those who can afford to buy the drug outright
