Just a reminder: Autism is not “caused” by vaccines, and most certainly not by Tylenol. To think otherwise is to be asinine. It is simply a difference in the brain that comes about during development. It has always been part of the human experience.

people link vaccines to autism because over the past 20 years as more children were given vaccines there was a rise in cases of autism in children. positive relationship statistically. vaccine proportions have not been related to any other disability. the statistics simply suggest a relationship.

Of course, people won’t want to seek out a diagnosis because of the bullshit they’re pulling with this, so we’ll see a “drop” in numbers of who is Autistic and they’ll say “See!? We knew it!” 🤢

You know what else has happened? Diagnoses aren’t gatekept to just young boys! They’re not *as* inaccessible as they were before. Almost like when diagnosis becomes accessible to more people, you’ll see more of it. We’re also not locking Autistic people away as much and have more supports in school. 😱
