I have been constantly targeted by GLP and weight loss ads, even as a 23, 5’6, and 105lbs woman. I’m not healthy. I am trying to gain weight. Ladies PLEASE love yourself and feed yourself and get strong!!!!!

If you’re trying to gain weight in a healthy way and have a filling meal I 100% recommend peanut butter ramen. There’s recipes online but it’s packeted with protein

Even if you were 305 pounds GLP and ozempic are not the way to go. I actually reached out to Hulu support and asked for a change in my ads. I have an on and off undiagnosed ed, I cannot constantly be watching weight loss ads. Unfortunately, I can’t afford the extra money for ad free streaming.

Same I’m constantly seeing ads for weight loss and as a 5’8 105lbs girly trying to gain weight/recover from an ED for months it’s lowkey so triggering

even as someone with the opposite issue, i am SO tired of seeing them everywhere. there is no reason we need to constantly be seeing weight loss ads, ads on how to “visually improve” your body, ads that tell women and children and people in general that their bodies are bad. it is so incredibly toxic and harmful, and i’m sick of it. we don’t need ads telling us what is healthy and what isn’t, the most of us know! and rapid weight loss is not healthy 🫤

At 5'9 and 110. I was so happy when I got to 120 and lost it after breaking up with my bf

If anyone wants, I can always recommend other recipes I’m an ex d1 athlete and our focus was always eating healthy and eating a lot of protein to maintain our weight because we are burning so many calories when working out. High protein diets are the way to go.

And as someone who has a health issue that is invisible (and most likely causing the weight issue), we never know what healthy looks like on another persons body or what they’ve been through to get there

Recently I’ve been eating a lot of sweet potatoes and I’m in love. It’s so easy and you can always put a little butter and brown sugar. Others easy snacks throughout the day to keep you going. Nuts, apple sauces, dried mango, I forget what they are called but the meat sticks are great for some quick protein
