Currently experiencing the worst period shits of my life while reading this, going on day 3 of this 🫩 is there any kind of medicine or something that’ll help because I’m literally scared to go outside

you might could try the claritin+pepcid combo (or any h1 antihistamine and h2 antihistamine together) it helps me a lot with all of my weird period symptoms

Do not skimp on them !! I use no boundaries. I think it’s 16 for one pair, You can get some that come w 2-3 but beware if they’re cheap Cheap ones bleed through, I also place a bit of tissue paper if I’m clotting that I can throw away
