So I’ve seen a lot of rumors online and circulating false info on the Cornell case, so far what are the actual facts and known info so far?

i haven’t seen much but what i do know if that some people think the girl is contradicting herself because she allegedly said that none of the stuff was technically “illegal” and she also did take drugs, but in my opinion i don’t think it fucking matters, i don’t care if she had a good time, and i don’t care if the case is old, she’s suing now and that’s all that matters

A lot of what I’ve seen from my research has a lot of bias, you know how the media is. They try to push an agenda, even on the news.

That is no different than this app. This is literally probably the worst source for your info

Just trying to collect as much info as I can and cross reference, yk? Just trying to rule out as much false info as I can

Well I mean if she took drugs and was intoxicated, she was raped. I mean if any of the other guys were also intoxicated tho then that makes it a little more complicated tho cuz then they couldn’t consent either

I feel like that’s the main issue. From what I’ve seen, NY law is really fucked up when it comes to consent and being under the influence. What they did is evil, but the law might not see it that way (which is in NO WAY right).

Yeah, I’m not super familiar with NY laws, but the whole thing is just so awful, and I’m glad she’s taking action now
