I hate that they make your cramps worse :/ I’ve had to switch back to pads but I’m using cloth pads this time

The digging it out is what gets me 💀 or it creeping higher up on your cervix. But the pros outweigh the cons.

When i’m not having a heavy flow, have long nails, and genuinely already having a bad day. Yeah it’s horrible.

They don’t make my cramps worse but I make such a mess every time I have to empty it, I feel like I’m going into surgery the way I prepare to empty it
