That is an insane inflation. 2% of rapists are even charged with rape vs the fact that 1 in 4 women have been sexually assaulted so stfu

Yeah well you are wrong to talk about what happened to them as being the norm for grapists. It's not. Also i'm sure the Cornell maniacs will be punished soon after everything

“2% charged” is the classic shell game. The actual number of people convicted and imprisoned for grape/sa in the US every year is still in the tens of thousands according to FBI data, not zero. You’re mixing “only 2% of reported cases lead to a felony conviction” with “therefore almost no one goes to prison.” That’s not how the numbers work.

Yeah that's exactly how you worded it actually

An estimated 443,634 rapes and sexual assaults are perpetrated every year in the US against people ages 12 and older. So I guess I’m saying who gives a FUCK about the very few men who are held responsible for their own despicable fucking actions? Rape accusations don’t ruin the lives of men. Look at the president, half of the world’s powerful men, and Jack down the street. Being raped ruins the lives of the survivors. Half of all assault happens to minors. Fuck off

And the amount of evidence it takes for a rape conviction makes it almost impossible for a wrongful conviction. That’s not even considering the fact that the system prioritizes the potential of a man over the real horrors a woman or child has faced. The national case clearance rate for rape (cases closed by an arrest or resolution) is a measly 26.5%. In Ohio, it’s only 13.5%. Almost half the population has experienced sexual harassment or violence. Fuck you and your community of incels

you realize that it happened two years ago and we’re only now hearing about it because jane doe is suing?? like they got away with it with a slap on the wrist for two fucking years and she wasn’t even allowed to leave the school for her own safety and comfort. also you’re not getting censored like that here be and adult and say rapist the least they deserve is to be called exactly what they are without it being toned down at all

Was saying how most rapists go to jail and that it’s not okay to generalize this situation (not my intention). Claimed these people would get a punishment, deleted their comments when told that it happened two years ago

2 down 55 to go. I don’t know why you are saying this as if 5 of them are not still living their lives and 50 of them knew and are free.
