my friends are too rough when i bring up my ex and now i don’t talk to them about it but i am still so sad and i wish they would just listen without trying to solve my problems for me i am just very sad i feel like im losing everyone

mine did when it was recent but now if i bring it up they really try to get me to get over it and Yes i’m not making the smartest choices but i don’t need to be ridiculed so harshly

everyone moves and heals at their own pace and in their own ways. i love my ex boyfriend to death and frankly if he came to me tomorrow or in a week and said let’s try again i would do it in a heartbeat, and maybe that means leaving my friends out of the equation this time even if i’ve known them for 10 years simple due to how they’ve treated me. heartbreak sucks and it’s unfortunate many friends choose to dismiss it instead of understanding you and your grieving period.
