hear me out: mozzarella sticks, but soup. like could i freeze broccoli cheddar soup in a single layer, cut it into slices, bread and deep fry it, or would it just fall apart structurally bc its soup? i rlly wanna do this but i gotta do it right😤
you could try adding gelatin, kinda like soup dumplings

it may work if you use a lot of thickener like flour especially since broccoli cheddar soup is already pretty thick and then made sure to fry it on low heat (low and slow)

or maybe im talking out my ass because maybe you want to do it on high heat to cook the outside before it fully unfreezes the inside
