It’s possible that the dosage has just decreased enough (it drops over time and that’s normal) to not be able to fully prevent cramping, but it’s also possible that it’s dislodged and physically causing the cramps. Do you check your strings? Are you able to access healthcare?

unfortunately i’ve never been able to reach my strings, and i am able to see my gyno i just have to set an appointment, but i was wondering if someone else had a similar incident 😵‍💫
