For me, it started a year ago when I sneezed rly big while laying down in my bed. I heard the loudest pop in my chest and I could barely move. I laid there questioning if i was about to die or something for a moment. I immeadiately couldn’t move at all in bed without sm pain in my chest, and the pain continued for a week or two when doing things. Now ever since that day, occasionally when I sneeze or move a little, i’ll hear a tiny sound internally?
