i dont mean to freak u out but fr look into long covid. i was sure that i had a bunch of random shit happening for no reason and then learned about long covid and realized that was the cause of a bunch of random shit going wrong

Also Covid can also trigger a lot of autoimmune diseases which can cause a lot of random symptoms.
