So I go to college out of state and recently I figured out how to lose weight for the first time in my life. I just realized when I go home I’ll be so annoyed because my grandmother loves to take from my plate and I just learned how to proportion food (1)
for myself only. Like I’ll make something and she’s like gimme a bite or make more for me but make half serving size. Like no man the proportions matter for me and I don’t have time to make more and more
