I wish I had a person who could look up the people I know I shouldn’t look up on insta myself (exes, ex-bfs, classmates), so they could give me any updates that I would be excited about and not send me spiraling

Like I had this ex-best friend who ended our friendship because I was really concerned about her relationship (she said he was making her miserable, at one point she tried to unalive herself after a fight with him) so she ended our friendship cause I ‘didn't support’ them. If I could have someone update me on if she stayed with him without me interacting with the situation at all, it would be great
