
I climbed into bed at 12 and didn’t fall asleep until 6am. And this is AFTER feeling absolutely exhausted all day long from being sick, being on medicine that makes you drowsy, and taking two doses of melatonin AND an ibuprofen pm (I was taking them as I was laying in bed for hours unable to sleep). Why does my body hate me
Went to bed around 2, laid around and was like damn it’s taking a while to fall asleep and checked the time and it was 4… then did more of that but being even more awake and i’m seeing that it’s 5 approaching 6… my alarm goes off at 7 and i’m just then finally able to actually fall asleep and said screw it to my first class and slept until 8 bc i needed at least some sleep 😭😫
