Wear more conventionally feminine clothing like skirts or cute sandals or dresses. Sometimes when I need to feel feminine I put on a sundress. its the best feeling and I personally think sundresses can look good on every body type depending on the style

do you think other women you see on social media with the same body type as you look bulky and manly? or do you see them as feminine and pretty? asking bc it might help you figure out how to reframe the thought if it's a different standard for yourself vs others

I see them as feminine and girly so maybe I’m just projecting and assuming what others think. Idk I haven’t really ever been flirted with, I’ve been bullied, etc so it’s easy to assume

you totally might have been flirted with but not realized it. or there might have been people who really wanted to flirt with you but held back because of their own securities

either way body acceptance over body positivity is the place to start and i'm worried that focus on weight loss might not be a healthy way to get to that point
