I’m native & Irish so I remember my native relatives being pissed abt thanksgiving & me refusing to participate in the “pilgrims and Indians” show my kindergarten wanted to put on 💀

The school tried to force my parents to make me participate and they were like “but the pilgrims and Indians weren’t friends the English slaughtered the natives” and the school got mad 😭
