i feel this more than you know. i ate way outside my calorie “limit” just now and i always feel like it will ruin my progress. obviously one time wont hurt anything, but it happens multiple times a week :(

same. and i’m short af so in order to see progress i can only eat like 4 calories a day so im always so hungry😭
