I’m not saying she was sober. All I’m pointing out is that the reports say the men there were significantly more intoxicated and less capable of consent in the situation. Of course those men are all absolutely disgusting and should be punished, especially the one that sent that message and the rest that did nothing about it. But she’s also not in the clear here. Both things are true.

yeah i can say that for a fact given she filed a police report and said she’d been raped, there are phone calls/texts messages from the men where they admit it got out of control, she literally said at one point as she was in and out of consciousness that there were multiple men she didn’t want to have sex with having sex with her… literally get a grip and stop defending rapists
