Mine feel like I need to shit really bad and like my large and small intestines are cramping at the same time but it’s actually just my uterus

I can feel my actual organ hurting. My cramps are pretty had so any movement of the spine or stomach area hurts. Feels like somebody kicked you repeatedly and you just feel the throbbing
