Can I say I think it’s kinda pathetic to try to find someone, even if it is just a hookup, on yikyak? Yikyak? Really?

Hookups most deff but i know people who are super lonely and have resorted to using yikyak because their so sick of other traditional dating apps and their struggling with loneliness and depression bad

I wouldnt say pathetic, im in a situation where i didnt want to be on dating apps cuz I live in my hometown & I have tried the dating apps before and they did not work, so now i dont wanna risk someone ik or my fam knows finding my account its also a boring town so meeting ppl irl doesnt work either (ive tried), so i would go on the dating applications section to meet people anonymously & see if we bond well before taking it to diff apps (i would put my city in the post so that its local ppl)

Like I get it, if you’re super lonely you’ll try everything and I think it’s one thing if it’s your school yikyak but I’ll be in another group and someone 3 states away is dming me trying to hookup and that’s weird

And i put myself out there A LOT and still im very lonely no matter how hard i try so i meet people on here and dont find it pathetic AT ALL, ive made some longer lasting friends on here too
