Judicial accountability is trash - I’m glad you mentioned that he’s still on the bench bc while of course the perpetrators are fucked and need to be held to justice, you hear all these men dismissing the issue all the time by acting like these men are deviant aberrations who have nothing to do with them. You can’t say these highly respected judges are the same - they are part of the problem and need to be addressed as well
