do you have any other cats or animals on the home? same thing happened to me and i ended up just having to have his litter box placed somewhere more discreet it turned out he didn’t like the smell of the other animals near it

it’s more expensive, but they make urinary care cat food that could potentially help. how long has he gone without urinating and are you sure he’s not peeing in other places besides the litter box?

If everything medical is coming back normal, maybe it’s behavioral? Have you tried switching his litter to a different kind, getting a different litter box, etc. and do you have other animals?

It could also just be anxiety. Gabapentin has been a lifesaver for so many random issues my cats have had. My female cat used to eat stuffed animals and steal food from me like she was starving, 1.5 months of gabapentin later and she’s been fine for years. Cats’ causes of stress can seem really silly to us but it causes a lot of medical issues.
