I have a chance to work with someone who will tell me exactly what to eat and will plan my workouts. My sister has done it’s and looks completely different after a year. She’s lost 10 pounds every month but idk why I’m scared. Should I do it?
It's up to you really. 10lbs per month at the beginning seems reasonable but after a long time seems unrealistic and maybe unsafe/unhealthy. So depends on this person's methods. Just don't starve yourself or exercise to death
