true they probably do know (i would hope) but there are quite a bit of them saying he’s only 18 and if he got caught when he was 17 it would be fine since he was still a minor. they blamed it on his frontal lobe development meanwhile they probably don’t even know what the frontal lobe even does. he still should know right from wrong (or very wrong in this case)
