i think i am going to start my exercise lifestyle with 30 minutes of walking on my walk pad and 3 just dances a day. ik that’s super lame but i have never routinely exercised and i also have very low energy so im trying to start somewhere

I’ve been walking like 30 mins a day on my walking pad and then doing a 10 min yoga video and the difference I feel is insane.

Sciences says that motivation almost never happens before doing something but just starting that something will kick off some motivation and snowball
