I’ve been walking like 30 mins a day on my walking pad and then doing a 10 min yoga video and the difference I feel is insane.
i am super guilty of couch rotting and going on my phone all the time
Sciences says that motivation almost never happens before doing something but just starting that something will kick off some motivation and snowball
