keep sipping water and maybe gatorade if possible. start w bland foods when ur done puking for good, like the brat diet until ur sure ur stomachs ok

ya stay hydrated w electrolytes, dehydration is what’ll kill you. literally. Have a friend who knows ur sick who can monitor and check in. if ur feeling deathly bad don’t be afraid to go to the hospital for a saucy little IV
