Best advice to get into running? Also I’m gonna try to stop smoking. I hate zyns but here we go 🙄 I am a really fast walker as is, a good speed walk maxing around 4.5 mph and I do 8incline 3mph and lvl8 stairs 45mins so far in the gym. I feel heavy tho?
