How should I go about losing weight with PCOS?

It is hard af I won’t lie but consistent calorie deficit and daily 10k steps. I’ve seen and tried doing dairy and gluten free but it’s super hard for me to stay on track with that so instead of beating myself up I just did what works. I also highly highly recommend inositol D supplementation if you can afford it. And if you want to work out do heavy weighted exercises with slow movements I had tried doing HIIT and it just was super bad for me personally but the slow controlled stuff helped a ton

I should say about diet I do High fiber to help with feeling full in the deficit and high protein still eat carbs though 10000% I just found personally because fiber is so voluminous it helps me stay in a calorie deficit and has helped with my insulin resistance

Everyone is different but I hope you find something that works for you because I know it can be really hard and discouraging but keep trying for yourself

Yeah that helps!! Also how does a calorie deficit work? How do I track it? Also I’m on birth control for my PCOS but I’ve gained like over 30 pounds and I’m bleeding lightly every day. Do you think bc actually helps PCOS?
