also following up on my first comment, released sex offenders are 27.9% likely to reoffend and untreated offenders are 39.2%, if someone knows they’ll mostly get away with rape or get a slap on the wrist and go to jail for a couple years they’ll do it more than knowing their dick and or whatever is decided for females will get cut off etc, the severity of the crime should be met with the same penalties, average drug trafficking charges get the same time as average rape charges which isn’t fair

i agree but there are enough times where even "undeniable" evidence is found and later when more things come out it becomes less undeniable. For example, a man was convicted of rape. They had him on video, at the crime scene. Who actually committed the crime? His identical twin he didn't know about. Now he was imprisoned but imagine he had been treated the way all these comments are saying? You can pay restitution for the time he spent behind bars but nothing can untorture/unmutilate/unkill him
