I don’t hate kids. I say “free birth control” when I see a kid do something diabolical or being a menace. I just don’t want to be pregnant, but I’d adopt. I want kids but I also don’t. I don’t think it’s wrong to say to a close friend “I hate kids who do *blah blah*” but to say it to someone WITH kids or openly announce it is odd over a kid just crying or acting like a kid

Like always going on about much they despise them, that they’re spoiled brats, stupid, talk about wanting to hit them, saying really cruel things about kids in public or on social media who are just being kids Def not saying that bc I don’t want kids myself 😭

OH omg yes 100% agree. i don’t want kids either but i still smile at babies and i don’t go out of my way to hate on them or anything. im just a little wary of posts like this bc on one hand genuinely hating kids is weird as fuck but also… not wanting them/not wanting to be around them is totally different, and a lot of times i feel like people equate the two
