I’m struggling with this, too. Maybe we should just remember that it passed before and it’ll pass again and laugh at it? Or feel grateful for our bodies and the stuff that they do for us and the ways that we’re healthy? (Example: I feel very cozy in bed right now, thanks body.) idk I’m excited to see what other people say

It’s just a bandaid but use your phone less, social media makes it worse, and remember the things that make you happy in life. Life is too short to spend thinking about our bodies. We got this ❤️

Just remember "thick" will be back just as fast as it left. Women are never always going to meet the beauty standards so you might as well just be healthy and happy
