They also just changed the mandatory package delivery of $50 policy to where I now have to sign for each package…when I’m not at school I’m working during the day so glad to know I’m paying for another useless thing

Love being forced to pay $35 a month (can’t unenroll) for a trash service for my apartment that requires me to put my garbage in a specific laughably small trash can outside my door during inconvenient times and days. Oh and they keep breaking the can

It is honestly so dumb. They’re like oh there’s been a lot of packages stolen in the building so we’re doing this till further notice but if you would like you can pick up packages from the package room during service hours…so if they’re locking the packages now for only during the 9-5 weekdays, I can’t get packages
