The citation should say what court jurisdiction it falls under, call and explain you have a ticket and you tried to pay it online and it said 0 and you’re just wanting to double check and see if it’s been paid. If you can’t figure out where you’re supposed to go, call the courthouse or the police department and ask around and they should be able to tell you.
