I am so fucking sick of being so goddamn tired all the time. I was up til literally 10:30p and it’s 5:30 and I am exhausted still. What the fuck
I work at 6:45am , wine and switch game playing night to myself and start early to get tired?

I would talk to a doctor tbh. I got put on a generic sleeping pill because anxiety kept me from falling into the deep sleep everyone needs to actually rest. My mom has an issue with sleeping forever but never getting enough (I forget the medical term) but she has to take pills to stay awake. It could be something a doctor might be able to help with

That’s what I usually get I have no idea how many like my body truly needs. I never sleep very much and I wake up often in the middle of the night

I’m just always exhausted waking up. Literally no matter what I do, maybe it has to do with the wine but like no bc I feel like this every morning whether I got 5 hrs of sleep or 10 hours it’s ridiculous

i’m the same way. but i know 7 hours of sleep is too little for the majority of people. women especially tend to need 9-10

Yeah it’s just frustrating bc wdym most nights I should be sleeping by like 8:30-9:30p to wake up for classes/work 😭

Yeah no I’ve been diagnosed with insomnia and have a sleeping med I take on occasion but I never take it when I need to wake up early because it makes me suuuuper groggy waking up every time I take it. Maybe I should look into more options w my psych/try melatonin again or something idk
