
I would talk to a doctor tbh. I got put on a generic sleeping pill because anxiety kept me from falling into the deep sleep everyone needs to actually rest. My mom has an issue with sleeping forever but never getting enough (I forget the medical term) but she has to take pills to stay awake. It could be something a doctor might be able to help with
Yeah no I’ve been diagnosed with insomnia and have a sleeping med I take on occasion but I never take it when I need to wake up early because it makes me suuuuper groggy waking up every time I take it. Maybe I should look into more options w my psych/try melatonin again or something idk
